Great News for PTPTN Loaner

For PTPTN applicant in year 2003, 2004 and 2005, can only register on 1/11/2010 for convert 3% to 1% 
year 2006, 2007, 2008, registration starting from 20/9/2010

year 2002 and before, registration starting from 1/12/2010
